Whether you’re a professional athlete or just a plain Harry, you must have played some kind or sport once in your life- maybe when you were younger. More and more people are now getting into fitness activities. Even women are now into basketball and rugby. Regardless of the form of physical activity, the risk of injury is always present.
It is believed that a lot of injuries can be avoided when the body is functioning normally. That slip on the basketball court could have been avoided if your reflexes were perfect.
