Shots and vaccines are also important to keep both you and your pet safe. When they reach the age of six to eight weeks, you can start their vaccinations and then follow them with booster shots at twelve and sixteen weeks for maximum immunity. A booster shot once a year is also necessary.
When you take in a dog, or any animal, for a pet, be sure that you have the means to take care of them. Just like humans, dogs have needs that their masters should be aware and considerate of.
