Dogs usually bark because they are bored, especially when they are tied up and have nowhere to go. If this creates a problem between you and your neighbors, then you should try putting your dog in a doggie day care during the daytime so your pet won’t be disturbing other people. You can also leave some toys lying around to keep him busy and also consider turning the TV on while you are away. This makes them feel like there are humans around and this helps in making them relax.
